A warm “hello” to the Indie Pretty readers!
My name is Margie and I am the creator of simplefaithfulopen.com where I write about ways to live mindfully and consume less. I am very excited to be checking in with you each week to share more ways to create beautiful, self-sufficient lifestyles through environmentally-conscious practices and the crafts we love.
My own adventure in mindful living began a few years ago when I found myself caught-up pursuing a life I no longer believe in. More recently, and inspired by a year living and working in Honduras, I began to apply the same mindful practices to my craft in order to minimize my environmental impact and live a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
All that I plan to share with you are practices and projects I would be willing to use in my own home and line of handmade wares, SFOliving, which will be launching soon!
